Return Policy
FULL-PRICE MERCHANDISE
Returns for refund are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are accepted within 45 days of delivery. After 45 days, items are final sale. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to receive and process your request.
For returns requesting a refund, a $5 restocking fee applies per item and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. The cost of return shipping and the $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, which will be issued to your original form of payment.
For exchanges, the restocking fee and return shipping cost are waived.
SALE MERCHANDISE
Discounted items are eligible for exchange only, which includes all merchandise that is part of a flash sales or promotional discount. After 30 days, items are final sale. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to receive and process your request.
For exchanges, customers are responsible for cost of return shipping plus $5 restocking fee per sale item.
If exchanging a full-price item for a sale item within the 30 days window, we will refund the price difference to your original form of payment. The cost of return shipping and a $5 restocking fee per item will be deducted from the refund.
OTHER
All Accessories (non-suits) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
All international orders are final sale; we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any damaged merchandise or where the tags have been cut or removed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at orders@racysuits.com if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue promptly and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges

Exchanges within 45 days of delivery are accepted. We will waive the restocking and return shipping fee for exchanges within the 45 day window. After 45 days of delivery, items are final sale.
If speed is your priority, the fastest way to receive a replacement item is to start a return for the current item and simultaneously place a new order. We will wave restocking and return shipping fees in this case and refund your original form of payment for the returned item.
SALE MERCHANDISE
Exchanges within 30 days of delivery are accepted, while supplies last. Customers are responsible for return shipping and $5 restocking fees for exchanges. After 30 days of delivery, items are final sale.
Group Orders
For group or team orders, size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, while supplies last. A $20 shipping fee applies to all group exchanges.
